Omniis – Company ProfileOmniis provides a range of innovative IT support services, leading edge software solutions and high quality consultancy servicesOmniis was formed in February 2002 by Antoine Lever and Nick Knight to provide small and medium sized companies with IT support via a combination of problem prevention and skilled helpdesk staff. Annual agreements allow customers to call the helpdesk and have their IT problems resolved using remote control technology, the use of which allows us to resolve problems quickly and work with multiple customers simultaneously. Omniis sells a range of peripheral services designed to complement the IT support service. These services are peripheral because many prospective customers already subscribe via alternative suppliers and do not wish to change. Omniis operates a policy of "if it ain' t broke don't fix it" and are happy to support customer's existing peripheral services even when provided by other suppliers. If a customer chooses to source all their IT services from one company we will transfer their existing peripheral services to Omniis'. These services include:
Each service is branded Omni to give the sense that these services were designed to work well together and hence eliminate the "blame game" where one supplier blames another for a service not working. Omniis offers business solutions designed to help customers benefit from the IT they own: Asterisk is a Voice Over IP (VoIP) telephone system which offers a wide range of telephony features. Invu is an easy to use document management system which allows customers to store varied information (i.e. post, emails, electronic office documents) in one customer file. As Omniis continues to grow it is envisaged that whilst support will remain the core product software solutions and consultancy projects will dominate Omniis' operations. |
