What can I expect to achieve on the Omniis BCP workshop?

The workshop will provide an in depth introduction to business continuity planning – at the end of the workshop you will be in a position to create your own business continuity plan. The workshop is interactive, so you will be able to start your plan during the session.

Our workshops are run by two senior directors of Omniis. They have nearly 40 years worth of experience between them.

What does the workshop cover?

The agenda for the workshop includes:

• Understanding your organisation – define the critical processes in your business
• Determine the strategy – how can these processes fail?
• Developing a response – what can we do about the risks?
• Exercising and reviewing – putting a plan together and testing it
• Embedding it into the organisation – letting others know what to do

Every delegate will also receive:

• Real leather A4 super binder
• USB memory stick containing all the course materials and presentations
• A copy of the BS 25999-1:2006 Business continuity management standard
• A sample business continuity plan

Lunch and refreshments will also be provided through the day.

The course is designed for senior department managers, operational managers, IT mangers and anyone responsible for business planning. Delegates should have a clear understanding of their organisation's processes.
